Practitioner Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of the Tailored Peptides Protocol Builder and related practitioner services.

Practitioner-Only Platform. The Protocol Builder is intended solely for qualified healthcare practitioners. It is a clinical decision-support and educational resource and is not a substitute for independent professional judgment, diagnosis, prescribing decisions, patient evaluation, or individualized medical care.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Practitioner Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tailored Peptides Protocol Builder, including its website, software, tools, content, features, recommendations, resources, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Tailored Peptides LLC ("Tailored Peptides," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Practitioner Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by healthcare practitioners and other qualified professionals who are legally permitted to use the information and tools provided through the Platform within the scope of their professional practice.

By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • The information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You possess the education, training, credentials, licensure, registration, or other professional authority required by applicable law for the services you provide.
  • You will use the Platform only within your lawful scope of practice.
  • You are responsible for maintaining any licenses, registrations, certifications, or credentials required for your professional activities.

3. NPI Verification

Certain Platform features require submission and verification of a National Provider Identifier ("NPI").

NPI verification through the Platform is used to confirm that the submitted NPI exists within the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System ("NPPES") or another applicable source.

NPI verification does not constitute verification of medical licensure, professional standing, specialty, credentials, prescribing authority, disciplinary history, or scope of practice.

Tailored Peptides LLC does not represent that NPI verification independently establishes a practitioner's eligibility to diagnose, prescribe, treat, or provide any particular healthcare service.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that you possess all professional qualifications and legal authority required for your activities.

4. Clinical Decision-Support Only

The Platform provides educational information and clinical decision-support resources designed to assist qualified practitioners in evaluating potential protocols and related considerations.

Information generated or displayed by the Platform may include suggested protocols, dosing concepts, timing considerations, educational information, warnings, contraindication considerations, or other practitioner resources.

Such information is not intended to replace your independent clinical judgment.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating each patient individually.
  • Reviewing medical history, medications, laboratory data, allergies, contraindications, and other relevant clinical information.
  • Determining whether any therapy, protocol, compound, product, or intervention is appropriate.
  • Confirming dosing, administration, monitoring, and follow-up.
  • Complying with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and scope-of-practice requirements.
  • Obtaining appropriate patient consent when required.

You should independently verify information generated through the Platform before relying upon it in connection with patient care.

5. No Medical Advice to Patients

The Platform is not intended for use by patients or members of the general public and does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship between Tailored Peptides LLC and any individual.

Tailored Peptides LLC does not diagnose patients, prescribe treatments, establish treatment plans, or independently determine whether a particular therapy is appropriate for a patient through the Platform.

6. Patient Information and Data Responsibility

The current version of the Platform is designed so that practitioners do not need to create a cloud-based patient record within the Protocol Builder in order to use its protocol generation functionality.

Certain information may be entered temporarily into the practitioner interface for the purpose of generating a protocol. The Platform may provide a rebuild code or similar mechanism that allows the practitioner to retain information locally and reconstruct a protocol later.

You are responsible for determining what information is appropriate to enter into the Platform and for complying with all privacy, security, recordkeeping, and confidentiality obligations applicable to your practice.

You should not enter information into the Platform that is not reasonably necessary for your use of the applicable feature.

Nothing in these Terms represents or warrants that use of the Platform will, by itself, satisfy any particular privacy, security, healthcare, or recordkeeping law or regulatory requirement applicable to you or your practice.

7. Account Security

Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring through your account.

You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, share, or otherwise permit another person to use your account credentials.

You agree to notify Tailored Peptides LLC promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access to or use of your account.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain Platform features requires a paid subscription. Available subscription plans, pricing, and billing intervals are displayed at the time of purchase.

Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.

Trials, Discounts, and Promotional Offers

From time to time, Tailored Peptides LLC may offer trials, discounts, promotional codes, or other special subscription offers. Eligibility, duration, redemption requirements, expiration dates, and other conditions may vary by offer and will be disclosed in connection with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions obtained through a promotional offer will automatically renew at the then-applicable subscription rate after the promotional period or discount ends unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the billing management tools made available through your account.

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the then-current paid billing period. You may continue to access paid Platform features through that date, subject to these Terms.

Refunds

Any refund rights or policies will be as disclosed at the time of purchase or otherwise provided in writing, subject to applicable law. Questions regarding billing, cancellations, or refunds may be directed to support@tailoredpeptides.com .

Pricing Changes

Tailored Peptides LLC may modify subscription pricing from time to time. Any change to recurring subscription pricing will be communicated as required by applicable law and will apply prospectively.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Use the Platform outside your lawful professional scope of practice.
  • Provide access to the Platform to unauthorized individuals.
  • Attempt to circumvent authentication, subscription, verification, or security controls.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Platform.
  • Introduce malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful technology.
  • Scrape, harvest, systematically extract, or reproduce Platform content or data except as expressly permitted.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, reproduce, or attempt to derive the source, logic, methodology, algorithms, or proprietary structure of the Platform except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Use Platform content to create, train, develop, or support a competing protocol-building product, database, software application, artificial intelligence system, or commercial service without written authorization from Tailored Peptides LLC.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, software, design, workflows, methodologies, selection and arrangement of information, protocol logic, graphics, branding, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Tailored Peptides LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, Tailored Peptides LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Platform for your own lawful professional purposes during the applicable subscription period.

No ownership interest in the Platform or its underlying intellectual property is transferred to you.

11. Platform Availability and Changes

Tailored Peptides LLC may modify, update, improve, suspend, remove, or discontinue features of the Platform from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, delay, error, or technical limitation.

Maintenance, third-party service interruptions, security events, internet failures, software updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

12. Third-Party Services and Information

The Platform may rely upon or interact with third-party technology, databases, payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, scientific information, or other external resources.

Tailored Peptides LLC does not control all third-party services and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or continued operation of information or services supplied by third parties.

13. Educational and Scientific Information

Scientific and clinical information evolves over time. Information available through the Platform may not reflect every study, clinical opinion, regulatory development, product update, or emerging body of evidence.

References to compounds, therapies, peptides, products, mechanisms, studies, or protocols do not constitute a representation that any particular use is approved, legally permissible, safe, effective, or appropriate for a particular patient.

Practitioners are responsible for independently evaluating current scientific evidence and applicable regulatory requirements.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

TAILORED PEPTIDES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND RELIABILITY.

TAILORED PEPTIDES LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PLATFORM INFORMATION, PROTOCOLS, OUTPUTS, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR OTHER CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR APPROPRIATE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PATIENT, CONDITION, OR CLINICAL CIRCUMSTANCE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAILORED PEPTIDES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAILORED PEPTIDES LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLINICAL DECISIONS, PATIENT OUTCOMES, DIAGNOSIS, PRESCRIBING, DOSING, ADMINISTRATION, MONITORING, ADVERSE EVENTS, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY A PRACTITIONER.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tailored Peptides LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to:

  • Your misuse of the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law or professional obligations.
  • Your professional or clinical services.
  • Your treatment decisions or patient care.
  • Your infringement or violation of another person's rights.

17. Suspension and Termination

Tailored Peptides LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Platform when reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users, patients, third parties, or Tailored Peptides LLC, or when we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, security requirements, or eligibility requirements.

Upon termination or expiration of your subscription, your right to access paid Platform features will end, subject to any rights required by applicable law.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also subject to the Tailored Peptides Protocol Builder Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, and handled in connection with the Platform.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

19. Changes to These Terms

Tailored Peptides LLC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our business practices, applicable law, or other operational requirements.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Platform, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Clinical Disclaimer, and any additional terms presented in connection with a specific Platform feature or subscription, constitute the agreement between you and Tailored Peptides LLC concerning your use of the Platform.

Practitioner Acknowledgment

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you are accessing a practitioner-facing clinical decision-support resource and that you remain independently responsible for your professional judgment, scope of practice, compliance obligations, and all decisions concerning patient care.
