1. Practitioner-Only Use
The Protocol Builder is intended solely for qualified healthcare practitioners and other professionals who are legally permitted to evaluate and use the information presented through the Platform within their professional scope of practice.
The Platform is not intended for patients, consumers, or members of the general public seeking individualized medical advice.
2. Decision-Support, Not Medical Direction

3. Practitioner Responsibility
The practitioner using the Platform remains solely responsible for evaluating whether any information, recommendation, compound, protocol, product, dose, schedule, or intervention is appropriate for a particular patient.
This responsibility includes, without limitation:
- Conducting an appropriate patient evaluation.
- Reviewing medical and medication history.
- Reviewing allergies and known sensitivities.

5. Regulatory Status
References within the Platform to a compound, peptide, therapy, intervention, ingredient, protocol, mechanism, or use do not constitute a representation that the item or use has been approved, cleared, authorized, or endorsed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority.

7. No Practitioner-Patient Relationship
Tailored Peptides LLC does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship with a practitioner's patients by providing the Protocol Builder.
Tailored Peptides LLC does not independently examine, diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or provide medical care to patients through the Protocol Builder.
8. Emergencies
The Protocol Builder is not intended for use in medical emergencies, urgent clinical situations, or circumstances requiring immediate diagnosis or treatment.
Appropriate emergency procedures, emergency services, institutional protocols, and qualified clinical resources should be used when urgent care is required.
9. Verification of Information
Practitioners should verify clinically significant information before relying on it.
This includes independently confirming information such as:
- Doses.
- Concentrations.

- Regulatory requirements.

10. NPI Verification
The Platform may require verification that a submitted National Provider Identifier exists within the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System ("NPPES").
This verification is an account-access measure and does not establish or verify medical licensure, prescribing authority, professional competency, specialty, disciplinary standing, or scope of practice.
Tailored Peptides LLC does not independently credential practitioners through the NPI verification process.
11. Professional and Legal Compliance
Practitioners are responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, professional standards, licensing requirements, prescribing requirements, informed-consent obligations, documentation requirements, and other rules applicable to their individual practice.
Access to information through the Protocol Builder does not authorize a practitioner to engage in an activity that would otherwise be outside the practitioner's lawful professional authority.
12. Information Accuracy
Tailored Peptides LLC seeks to provide useful practitioner resources, but no software or clinical information resource can guarantee that every output will be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for every circumstance.
Errors, omissions, incomplete data, outdated information, technical limitations, or differing clinical interpretations may occur.
Practitioner review is therefore required before clinical use of any Platform output.
13. Clinical Risk
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, USE OF THE PROTOCOL BUILDER IS AT THE PRACTITIONER'S PROFESSIONAL DISCRETION AND RISK.
TAILORED PEPTIDES LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT SELECTION, PRESCRIBING, DOSING, ADMINISTRATION, PATIENT MONITORING, ADVERSE EVENTS, CLINICAL OUTCOMES, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY A PRACTITIONER.
THE PRACTITIONER REMAINS RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY DETERMINING WHETHER ANY PLATFORM INFORMATION IS APPROPRIATE FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH A PARTICULAR PATIENT.
14. Privacy and Patient Information
The current version of the Protocol Builder is designed so that practitioners do not need to create a persistent cloud-based patient record within the Platform in order to generate a protocol.
Practitioners remain responsible for determining what patient information is appropriate to enter into the Platform and for complying with the privacy, security, confidentiality, documentation, and recordkeeping requirements applicable to their own practices.
The Platform is not intended to replace a practitioner's electronic health record, medical record, or other clinical documentation system.
Nothing in this Clinical Disclaimer constitutes a representation or warranty that use of the Platform automatically satisfies HIPAA or any other healthcare privacy or security requirement.
15. Relationship to the Terms of Use
This Clinical Disclaimer forms part of the terms governing use of the Protocol Builder and should be read together with the Practitioner Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these requirements, you should not use the Protocol Builder for clinical decision-support purposes.
