Educational & professional use only. The Peptide Protocol Builder (the "Tool") is an educational and clinical decision-support resource intended solely for licensed, qualified healthcare practitioners and physicians acting within their scope of practice. It is not for patients or consumers, and not for use in a medical emergency.
Not medical advice; no diagnosis or treatment
The Tool does not practice medicine. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and does not establish a standard of care. Its content is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for the independent professional judgment of a practitioner who has personally evaluated the patient.
No practitioner–patient relationship
Use of the Tool creates no practitioner–patient or other professional relationship with the providers of this Tool, their affiliates, contributors, or licensors (the "Providers").
Practitioner responsibility & assumption of liability
The treating practitioner is solely and fully responsible for all clinical decisions — patient selection, diagnosis, the decision to prescribe or administer any agent, dosing, route, monitoring, informed consent, and outcomes. By using the Tool, the practitioner assumes all responsibility and liability arising from such decisions and must independently verify every output against current authoritative sources.
Investigational, off-label & regulatory status
Many agents are investigational, not FDA-approved for the uses described, off-label, and/or compounded. Status and legality vary by jurisdiction and change over time. The practitioner is responsible for verifying regulatory status, sourcing, product quality, and legality, and for complying with all applicable laws and professional requirements.
Evidence limitations
Evidence grades, rationales, and citations reflect a point-in-time review, may be incomplete or rely on preclinical/surrogate data, and may become outdated. They are not endorsements. Confirm all information against current literature and official labeling.
No warranty · Limitation of liability · Indemnification
The Tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Providers are not liable for any damages or harm arising from use of or reliance on the Tool. The practitioner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Providers from any claims arising out of their use of the Tool or related clinical decisions.
